This is our third season here at the Ranch - a retreat of serenity, rejuvenation and quiet solitude. We come here to recharge from our big city lives. We love spending time in the garden - picking, then feasting, on tomatoes, onions, fava beans and artichokes. Lots of reading and some long naps are thrown in for good measure.

So enjoyed the Ranch House.  It is an authentic jewel, redwood everywhere.  You immediately feel the early California living experience, but with enough modern conveniences to make staying here a relaxing treat.  Early mornings you can sit on the porch as the golden light creates a magic vista unchanged for hundreds of years.
